Plain words about your data.

Pushti is a small women's collective in Mysuru. We don't have a database of customers, a login system, or a payment gateway on this website — and we'd like to keep it that way. This page explains, in plain words, what little information touches this site and what happens to it.

1. Orders happen over WhatsApp

This website does not collect orders. When you build an order here, it opens the WhatsApp app with a message pre-filled on your device. Whatever you type (name, locality, blend, quantity) is sent by WhatsApp to the collective's WhatsApp account. We do not see that message on this website, and we do not store it here.

The message is processed by WhatsApp, which is owned by Meta. Their own privacy policy applies to anything you send through the app.

2. What this website collects

We don't use analytics, cookies, or tracking scripts. This site simply serves pages. That said, a handful of things touch it indirectly:

Hosting logs. The site is hosted on Vercel. Like any web server, Vercel briefly logs technical details of each visit — such as your IP address, browser type, and the pages you request — to keep the site secure and running. Their privacy policy is at vercel.com/legal/privacy-policy.
Google Fonts. The site loads its display typefaces from Google's font servers. When your browser fetches those fonts, it connects to Google, which may record your IP address. Google's privacy policy applies to that connection.

3. If you email us

If you write to wecare@pushtiproducts.in, we'll keep your message only as long as needed to reply and deal with your question. We won't add you to a mailing list unless you ask, and we never sell or rent email addresses.

4. How we use your information

To prepare and deliver your order.
To answer your questions.
To keep the website working and secure.

That's it. No advertising profiles, no third-party sharing.

5. Your choices

Because we hold so little, most of it lives on your own device or in your WhatsApp conversations. You can always delete a chat thread to remove it from your side. If you'd like us to delete any message you've sent us by email or WhatsApp, just ask — we'll do so.

6. Changes to this policy

If we ever start collecting more — for example, if we add a proper online shop — we'll update this page and change the "Last updated" date above.
